We are excited to be organising a competition in Wellington to give Kite-boarders a chance to see how high they can jump. We are aiming to mount a Woo on to each competitors board, to measure the heights of their jumps while competing. We will then use the data from the Woo to decide which kite boarders are jumping the highest. Ultimately determining the kite boarder who can do the biggest jump on the day.
We are planning a fun day with a spot prize available to all who register. We want all kiters to have a go!
Date: Sunday 22nd January (Wellington Anniversary Weekend)
Time: 11am-4pm. BBQ at the end
Venue? To be determined closer to the time. We will be watching the wind forecast carefully as we build up to the event and will pick the location with the best conditions on the day.
Registration: Open now and right up until the day.
Entry Fee: $10 payable on the day
Novice (less than 2 yrs Kiting experience)
Strapless? (to be confirmed if we get more than 2 entries)
